MEET THE OWNERS
Chris Hagood is an honest and reliable man who always believes in getting the job done right. Growing up in Texas taught Chris how to work hard for a living, while moving to Minnesota in 1991 taught him how to be “Minnesota nice” when it came to customers. Today, Chris is a very generous and determined gentleman who is always representing Minnesota with his friendly smile and representing Texas by wearing a pair of cowboy boots! With more than 17 years of experience under his belt, Chris is now the owner and accounts manager of CCR Truck Repair. It all began when he became a truck driver in 1998. As a driver, Chris experienced his truck breaking down and how important it was to get it up and running as soon as possible. When he couldn’t repair it himself, he relied on truck repair shops and learned very quickly how important customer service is. Chris went into truck repair sales and accounts management in 2010. After three years working closely with John, it was concluded they had the same core values in running a repair shop. Thus the idea of starting their own business began. Whenever someone asks, “How are you?” Chris always replies with, “Just living the dream”. He truly loves running this company, and considers any customer or employee a part of his rapidly-growing CCR family.
John Schall is an accomplished and good natured man that would drop anything he were doing to help another, anywhere, at any time. John’s shop profession started in 1997 when he attended Dakota County Technical School, finishing with a two year degree in mechanics. He then worked his way to the top by working with any type of vehicle he could get his hands on. In 2005, he was promoted to a mechanical operations manager, where he could still continue his love of working on vehicles, but could ensure parts and jobs were flowing smoothly for the entire shop. Today, he is still the mechanical operations manager as well as the partial owner at CCR Truck Repair. Even being the boss of the mechanics in the shop, he is still very humble and willing to help them whenever they ask for it. John likes to consider himself more of a mentor than a manager to all of his employees and treats every “hard job” as a learning experience. He believes that each of his learning experiences along the way have helped him get to where he is now. Through his years of experience and own continued education, John is ASE, GM, Allison, Cat and Cummins certified. John is not only passionate about his job, but very passionate about his family and being the best husband and dad that he can be to his three children.
